Ingredients

1 cup coconut water
1-2 cups greens – kale, spinach, romaine, arugula
or your favorite
1/2 cucumber
1 stalk celery
1/2 cup cilantro
1 apple cored
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp bee pollen
1/4 cup raw almonds or walnuts
1 tsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp flax seeds
1" fresh ginger

Directions

Cut all fruits and veggies, add sll ingredients to a high powered blender. Add chia seeds last as it will thicken the blend quickly
