|Vegetable Broth Powder|
2 C Nutritional Yeast, found in health food stores in the supplement section
Using a heavy duty blender like a Vitamix or BlendTec, place all ingredients in the blender and blend until it is an even colored powder. Add the parsley and pulse just a few times. Store in an airtight container. Combine 1 t of powder to 1 C of water to make your broth.
** Peel a lemon and let the peel dry out for a 2 days. It will start to curl. Once dried, put in the oven for a couple of minutes while the oven is heating up. Remove from oven and mix in the blender. One lemon makes 1 tsp.
