Banana Chia pudding

1/2 banana
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk (preferably homemade)
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tbsp coconut flakes
fresh berries


Mash the banana with a fork directly in severing bowl, add chia, almond milk and cinnamon. Mix the ingredients, let it rest and mix again after 10 minutes. Chill for at least 30 min in the refrigerator. Before serving, top with coconut flakes and a few fresh or frozen berries!

This recipe can also be prepped in the evening and eaten for breakfast the next morning! You can substitute banana with for example berries, melons, or mango. If not on a detox add a tbsp with raw cacao nibs as a special topping!
