1) Rinse and cook red quinoa as directed.
2) Peel and dice sweet potatoes into very small cubes
3 Finally chop onion
4) Remove stem from kale and finally chop to make 1 cup
Combine sweet potatoes, onion and kale in small saucepan. Add just enough water to steam vegetables (about 1/4 cup). Cover and cook until sweet potatoes are soft - approximately 15 minutes. Add cooked quinoa and Bragg Liquid Amino. Heat through and serve.
