"Cheesy" Broccoli

Ingredients

Bunch of broccoli Florets washed
1 1/2 tbs. Flax oil
Garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder and sea salt to taste
1/4-1/2 cup Nutritional yeast

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
steam broccoli using a steamer basket over boiling water for @4-5 minutes or adjust to likeness (if you like your broccoli on the crunchier side you may skip this step but I find the nutritional yeast sticks better to the steamed broccoli and you can use less flax oil)
If steaming drain in colander and place in mixing bowl
Drizzle flax oil on vegetables and mix well to distribute.
add spices to taste and mix well
Spread broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle nutritional yeast on vegetables and coat well. (add additional amounts if you prefer a cheesier taste)
Place in preheated oven for 8-15minutes*

*If you did not steam the vegetables first you would want to bake for the longer period of time

Do not be afraid to experiment and add nuts or seeds to this dish for additional benefits and added crunchiness
