1 1/2 c green olives pitted
1 1/2 tbsp capers
2 minced garlic cloves
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil (organic cold pressed)
chopped parsely and lemon zest for garnish
Directions
Bring all ingedients together in food processor and blend. Sprinkle with Parsley and lemon zest. For a fun twist stuff tapenade in seeded cherry tomatoes for a delicious appetizer.
