Zoodles with sauteed veggies

SimplyWell's Simply Nutritious Faux Pasta Recipe:
2 tbls olive or coconut oil
2 medium organic zucchinis
2 cloves garlic
2 c. organic baby bella mushrooms
1/2 organic red onion
1/2 can organic diced tomatoes
1 c. organic marinara sauce
salt + pepper to taste


* Heat Oil on medium heat in skillet.
*While heating oil, spiralize the zucchini into zoodles!
*When oil is hot, add the mushrooms, garlic, diced tomatoes, and onion. Saute for 2-4 mins, or until softened to your liking. Add zoodles, and saute another 2 mins. Dump onto a plate, and top with marinara sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. So Simple. Enjoy!
