Lemony Zucchini Noodles

4 small zucchinis or two bigger ones
3 tablespoons of sesame oil
two tablespoons of tahini
1/2 to 1 lemon
Himalayan sea salt


Spiralize the zucchini into noodles using the larger spiralizer plate
add the sesame oil and tahini, toss to distribute, Can also be lightly sauteed,
add the lemon, sprinkle the sea salt. Yummers!
