Ingredients

3 apples (I used granny smith, but you can use your favorite), 1 cucumer, 1 celery stalk, 1 bunch of kale, 1 lemon, 1" piece of ginger

Directions

Wash all produce thoroughly (using organic whenever possible), Chop apples (removing the core with seeds), Have fun running your fruits and veggies through your juicer., Drink and enjoy a burst of energy and good vibes as you set about your day.

Do you have a funny or interesting story about your recipe

Be adventurous with your juicing. If you run out of kale, do you have any other greens you can use? Experiment with different fruit and veggie combinations. The truth is, this recipe came about by accident one day when I wanted to use up the fruits and veggies that were in my fridge before they went bad.
