1 cup cooked brown rice
1 diced Avocado
Small tin of Tuna in OIl
1 tablespoonTahini
2 tspTamari
Small tin of Corn
Toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup of finely chopped red Capsicum


Combine all ingredients & enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I quite often make double & eat over a few days...easy!
You can 'tweak' the ingredients to suit your taste.
