|Omega - Fiber Rich GF Waffle/Pancakes|
1/4c ground chia seeds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon optional
Combine Almond, Silk Soy Milk or Regular Milk, eggs, oil and vanilla. Blend. Add GF flour, ground chia and flaxseeds. Mix till smooth. Pour into waffle iron.
For pancakes use 1/2c liquid. Add blueberries or other fruit to batter, if desired.
Please note: Batter thickens as it rests due to the chia and flaxseeds. If it becomes too thick, simply add a little more liquid. Waffles and pancakes are filling, rich in Omega 3's and fiber. For lighter results, add a little more liquid.
