Green Matcha Tea Smoothie

Ingredients

4 to 5 kale leaves chopped (large and I prefer black kale)
2 slices of fresh or pineapple
1 apple
1 cup sliced cucumber
1 cup celery
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 cup hemp or almond milk
1 tablespoon plant-based protein mix (soy free)
1/2 teaspoon powdered matcha tea
1 packet of stevia

Directions

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix (or similarly high-powered blender), blend first on slow to allow ingredients to mix well. Then slowly increase speed to high. Blend to a smooth consistency.
