Ingredients

Cucumber, spinach, apple, lemon, filtered water

Directions

Wash and prep all ingredients
Juice one cucumber
Juice 3 good handfuls of spinach
2 green apples (I normally remove the core)
Remove the rind from the lemon and then place in juicer, depending on how tangy you want it, you could add another but I think this is a tad overpowering,

Once all veg and fruit has been juiced mix the liquid with filtered water and serve immediately,

This is a great juice for a pick me up.
