Vegetable Frittata

9 eggs, 1/2 cup of almond milk, vegetables you enjoy (I like mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach) but I change veggies every time. String cheese if you want cheese. Fresh basil, oregano, salt and pepper.


Saute vegetables and spices on the stove in a sauté pan until slightly cooked. Mix eggs and almond milk together and pour into the sauté pan. Let it set for a minute. Place the cheese on top. I like to use about two pieces of string cheese. Add salt and pepper. Place in the oven at 350 for thirty minutes. Enjoy!
