Ingredients

1/2 frozen banana
3 large kale leaves (optional: remove stalks)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder
4-6 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk
6-8 ounces water
5 ice cubes

Directions

Add all ingredients together in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
