Ingredients

Versatile Split Chickpea Pancakes

Basic
Prep time: 10 min

2 eggs
¾ cup of Kefir or yoghurt
1 cup of Gram Flower (Split chick pea flower)
2 tsp of coconut oil
2 tsp of baking powder
¼ tsp of pink salt
Coconut Oil, For Frying/ or Ghee

Directions

• Beat eggs add kefir, flower, and coconut oil salt mix well then add the baking powder and let stand for 5-10 min min.
• Add optional ingredients in small pieces into the batter or decorate with it later.
• Poor a small amount into an oiled skillet and fry pancakes on both sides.

Optional addition: either one or mix them
• Spices as desired: basil, oregano or Garam Masala (mix. Indian spices)
• Glazed minced onion and / or mushrooms
• Left over vegetable: use individual or mix them: cauliflower, broccoli, greens
• Cheese
• Apple puree or apple diced with raisins
