Protein Pancake

4 Eggs total using 1 yolk
1/2 cup of gluten free oats
dash of cinnamon
real maple syrup
mixed berries


Mix 4 eggs total using 1 yolk with 1/2 cup of gluten free oats
Mix in a dash or more of cinnamon
Spray frying pan with coconut oil or ghee
Poor contents into pan and cook on both sides

Top with fresh berries and 1 tbls of maple syrup.

This meal is perfect for after a workout and taste just like a pancake. Its one of my families favorites and also a client favorite. It taste just like your rewarding yourself with a treat.
