Tuna "Guacamole"

Ingredients

Tuna (1 can or fresh Ahi)
1 Red onion, finely chopped
2 Celery stalks, finely chopped
1 Hess avocado, in cubes
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Herbes De Provence
Fresh lime juice (1 to 2 limes, separated in two containers
Extra virgin olive oil

Cilantro (optional)

Directions

Allow the tuna (canned or Ahi) to marinate in one part of the fresh lime juice (couple of hours)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Add dry condiments (salt, pepper and herbes)
Add olive oil and remaining lime juice

If you like cilantro you may add it, of course, for a more Mexican touch!
